The in-product onboarding flow is the tutorial. Connect a sample dataset or a database, ask a question, read the plan and the trace, then build a dashboard from the answer.

• Data-source setup, so there is something real to ask.
• Query authoring and the trace, so the path is understood before the chart.
• Dashboard assembly, then reporting and export.

That order mirrors how teams usually evaluate the product.
